Held every Saturday, our hands-on Italian cooking classes explore the regional traditions of southern Italian semola pasta, delicate northern Italian ravioli and the many interpretations of gnocchi found throughout Central Italy. Simply add your preference to your booking notes, with the class selected according to the group’s most popular choice.

What to expectYour experience begins with a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival at our intimate Woollahra osteria. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves for a hands-on Italian cooking class, learning traditional techniques as you create fresh pasta, ravioli or gnocchi from scratch.
Once the cooking is complete, take a seat and enjoy a three-course lunch featuring some of your own creations. You’ll leave with new skills, recipe cards and an I Maccheroni tote bag—everything you need to bring a little taste of Italy into your own kitchen.
